Sat night Dancefloor

Creating an animation specifically designed for floor projection was a new and exciting challenge for me. To ensure the best possible outcome, I held several meetings with Mul and other professionals in Newcastle to discuss the most effective design approaches and techniques to maximise visual impact. The goal was to create a dynamic, classic-style dancefloor animation, blending vintage visuals inspired by gambling machines with contemporary motion design elements.

Main Projection.

The animated loop of the dancefloor served as the central feature of the exhibition. Projected from a ceiling-mounted rig, the colours appeared exceptionally bright and vibrant, transforming the space with dynamic energy. Seeing my work presented on such a large scale for the first time was a truly rewarding experience—and it was an honour to witness the positive reactions from the audience as they engaged with it.

A New Perspective.

Using artivive we had a AR room where all the paintings came to life when you scanned them, over the 3 days we had over 8500 scans on all the artwork, mixing Muls iconic paintings with my animations.
